Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipstick Liquid Matte Lipstick

We chose the shade number 7, which is a beautiful dark red color. It stays on the lips for a long time, and unlike other matte lipsticks, it doesn't dry out the lips.

The 29 shade is a milky chocolate color with a subtle pink undertone. It suits girls with brown eyes, dark hair, and warm skin tone perfectly. It is not suitable for those with a cool skin tone.

Shade #7 is simply terrible. Its name does not correspond at all. It is not a nude shade, but rather a bright pink color with a cool blue undertone, similar to Barbie's. As for the lipstick itself, it has a mousse-like texture and feels somewhat comfortable on the lips, similar to a matte finish, but it is not long-lasting at all.

The lipstick is quite interesting, easy to apply, and long-lasting. I took a while to choose and ended up getting shade 7, but it turned out to be a vibrant pink instead of a subtle rose. I should have gotten shade 9 instead. (((

Beautiful colors, match the swatches.
The lipstick is pleasant, does not dry out the lips, creates a matte effect. No cracks are visible, it is quite long-lasting.
However, it does not plump or add volume to the lips. Still, the Loreal tint lipstick is a discovery for me, even though Bourjois was my favorite for years.

I chose shade 12. I apply it in one layer and it provides enough saturation. It lasts well and doesn't wear off quickly. There is a feeling of moisturization on the lips. This lipstick doesn't give the sensation of having a layer of plaster on the lips.

The lipstick is good, maybe not wow, but worth the money. It dries in about 10 minutes, and personally, it has a matte finish on my lips. Maybe the texture depends on the shade, I'm not sure. It definitely lasts until lunchtime, even though I don't apply it too thickly. Shade 07, dusty rose, is brighter than what I expected for a nude shade, but it's close to the pictures and swatches. I ordered shade number 11, which is a very beautiful and delicate color. It applies smoothly and after about 5 minutes it becomes matte. The delivery of the makeup was excellent, as always. I deducted two stars because of the scent. The lipstick has a specific scent, similar to plasticine or tape, but the smell fades away after some time. Overall, everything is great except for the scent. I will consider buying it again next time.

If someone has had a good matte lipstick, then you have something to compare it to. I bought shade #15, which is red. In reality, the lipstick is a 3 out of 5.
One downside is that you have to apply 4 layers to get the desired color.
Another downside is that it's not really matte because it doesn't dry. As a result, it shines.
A third downside is that I don't know who it lasts long for and doesn't leave marks on glasses, but that's not the case.
A fourth downside is that it doesn't apply evenly. The contours come out blurry no matter how many layers you apply.

There's something to compare it to. And for the price, I expected a "wow" effect. The price is quite high for a lipstick.

I always used the matte series from Unice, but unfortunately, it wasn't available and I specifically needed red. It costs around 180 UAH.

One star for fast delivery, and another star for the luxurious color (shade 8). I tested it for a few days - the lipstick is terrible. It takes much more time in the morning for lip makeup because it applies unevenly with gaps, as if generously diluted. Several layers are needed for an even color, and it takes a very long time to dry. It lasts all day and can be removed with micellar water. It's not worth the 295 hryvnias spent on it. Maybe I just had bad luck with it.

Today I tried shade 12, and on my lips it turned out to be coral. I didn't even expect it to suit me so well!
