For full-head and partial coloring techniques. Always apply to pre-lightened hair. For a half-level lighter result, use warm pastels R.0 / R.0Z / R.31. For a one-level lighter result, use cool pastels R.01 / R.1 / R.27. If the outcome of your lightening is too warm, the best neutralizing effect can be achieved with R.01. If the lightening result is too warm, the best neutralizing effect can be achieved with R.1.

I have been using this hair dye for a long time. I don't lighten my hair with bleach. The dye is not cheap, so I take advantage of promotions.
I bought it for toning purposes. The color is nice, but the dye is too harsh for my hair.
I purchased a hair dye for toning in shades R.27 and R.31 - for the first time! However, I carefully studied different formulas, techniques, and advice. The toning is excellent! However, I recommend using R.27 with caution as it has a violet pearl tone. I mixed 60ml of R.31 with 20ml of R.27 and 80ml of 2% developer cream, also Indola, and left it for 10 minutes. The color turned out pearly, with a cool, ashy tone. In my case, I was aiming for a warmer shade, but I made a mistake.
The paint is good! The delivery is also great!
The paint is fantastic!
I purchased shade 1000.1 with a 9% developer in a ratio of 1 to 2. Unfortunately, my light brown hair still had a yellow undertone and did not turn into a cool blonde shade. The strand where I had gray hair turned out gray. Can you please advise me on how to mix the products better? I really want a beautiful cool color.
The paint is excellent. The delivery is also great.
Great hair dye, I mixed it for dark-brown with 40% gray, using shades 11.1 and 9.11 in a 50:50 ratio with ING 6% developer. It colored beautifully and the hair quality is excellent.
I have been using it for a long time and I really like it!
This is a great budget hair dye. I've been using it for the past two years and my hair looks perfect. The shade 1000.1+9% is a nice, clean blonde.
The paint is decent, but the tone description on the website does not correspond to reality. I purchased shade 1000.11, which is labeled as "Crystal Blonde", but in reality, it has a very intense ashy shade, as indicated by the two digits after the decimal point (.11). This aspect is quite misleading. However, there are no concerns regarding the quality of the paint. It does not fade quickly, it does not damage the hair, and although it slightly irritated my scalp at the beginning, my hair remains intact.
I do not recommend this paint!!! I bought it at a promotional price, after reading positive reviews.... I used the paint by myself at home, following the instructions.
In reality:
1) The shades are awful and dirty. I bought several shades: 100.27, 100.18, 100.22. The only shade that turned out relatively consistent is 100.00. The rest in my case turned out to be reddish roots and dirty-gray-purple previously lightened hair (even though my natural color is a 7-8 base). I used a 9% developer.
2) It stings, it stings a lot on the scalp after applying the paint!
3) I have attached photos of sores on my scalp after using the paint.
I have been using this paint for many years. I mix it with another one and am satisfied with the result. The store's customer service is top-notch.
I didn't like the paint. The degree of lightening is very low, it didn't even lighten my previously dyed hair properly. Although my natural level is 7-8. It only worked well on previously bleached hair, almost white. In the end, I got a result with patches of gray-yellowish-red, using shade 1000.27. The feeling on the hair was burning, but there was no noticeable smell of ammonia. Previously, I used Baco, and the lightening result was much better, as well as the overall coloring result.
I purchased shade 1000.18 Pink Blonde. It's a shame that I cannot upload before and after photos. It would be helpful for the administrators to consider this, as it is important to understand the starting base for hair dye. Now, let's talk about the dye itself. I was very pleased with the quality. I used a 3% developer and my hair did not get damaged, instead it had a nice shine. I only left it on for 15 minutes, as the dye takes quickly and the color turned ash-like. The quality of the dye is good, no doubt about that, but it was not exactly the blonde I expected. I'm deducting one star for that. In artificial light, it looks simply ashy, but in sunlight, you can see a hint of pink. It's a pity I cannot show photos with different lighting and the original color (which was a very light warm blonde, by the way).
The shade 1000.1 turns green. I used a 9% developer to lighten my natural root, which had 7mm regrowth, but the color did not fully lift to a level 10. My previously beautiful level 10 length (after using Loreal hair dye) turned into a swampy blonde. Overall, I didn't like the dye. The only positive thing is its creamy consistency, which easily mixes with the developer and doesn't have a strong odor. That's all.
I liked the hair dye, despite containing ammonia. It is quite gentle and easy to apply, and when rinsed off, the hair feels silky and not stiff. I chose the shade P11 for toning after lightening. However, the color turned out to be quite terrible, with patches of blue-gray roots and a yellowish-gray length. After 5 washes with a deep cleansing shampoo, the color became slightly more pleasant. I mixed it in a 1:1 ratio as instructed, but perhaps that was a mistake. Therefore, I recommend mixing this shade in a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio for a beautiful ash color.
I purchased the P.01 oxidizer 1.8% toner. Previously, I had lightened my roots with Loreal dye (everything looked quite good, but I wanted to refresh and tone my hair a bit). In the end, I am just shocked. The color is awful, reddish, dark, and dirty. I am practically in tears. From a beautiful 10, my hair turned into a horrible 8. I deeply regret buying this dye!!
The makeup service, as always, is top-notch.
The paint is good, I got shade 1000.1.
The shade 1000.1 is a very gray color. Even washing it with a deep cleansing shampoo has not removed this grayness. I used it with 9% and 12% developers in equal parts. It also lightens to a level three, but there is a noticeable line. The natural base is level 7.
I have been using it for over a year (1000,0). I like the original hair color after dyeing. However, the dye tends to dry out the hair.
For general knowledge, ladies, I want to clarify that Expert cannot cover gray hair since gray hair is covered from level 1 to level 8 inclusive, while Expert is level 11!
If the percentage of gray hair is less than 30%, the coloring will look beautiful, with the gray strands slightly toned down, but not more than that=)
Excellent dye! I highly recommend it as a master colorist with 13 years of experience and as a user! I have been using shade 1000.1 for a long time myself (although I have tried coloring with many other dyes from world-leading brands like Wella Koleston and Loreal Majiblond) - it is perfect for those who love beautiful, cool, and pure blond! However, it is not suitable for ladies with sensitive scalp. If you follow the instructions, your hair will not be damaged and will remain healthy and brilliantly shiny!
Great paint, I have been using it for a long time and I am very satisfied.
I have been using this paint for a long time. I really like it because it does not have any yellowing (using 1000.32).
I have been using this red shade 1000.22 for over a year now. It is an amazing hair dye that leaves my hair looking vibrant and healthy, without drying them out.
This product leaves wounds on the scalp. Maybe it's just me, but my skin is very sensitive and I got wounds twice. That was enough for me, I won't try it again. The Vella Collection is better in terms of color, hair softness, and no wounds, although it is more expensive, at 190 UAH.
The hair dye is extremely harsh on the scalp. I used it yesterday and for the first time in my life, I have oozing sores on my head. I'm in complete shock... It completely burned my scalp... And it barely lightens the hair! When the stylist washed it off, it burned her hands. I bought it here.
Excellent paint.
I am happy with the hair dye: it does not irritate the scalp and has a nice shade (1000.3). It does not damage or overbleach the hair.
