Describing a fragrance without being an expert in notes is quite difficult. Each brand has a certain tendency in all its perfumes. Carthusia, in my opinion, is quite sharp and intense; sometimes it even reminds me of cologne. However, either you like it or you don't! I bought Corallium in Italy, and there I wanted to immerse myself in it - the scent blends into the surrounding atmosphere, the scorching sun, the richness of the air. I came home, a couple of days passed - and I can't stand it! The fragrance concentration is too strong; it doesn't fit into our atmosphere. Especially during autumn. But now, I'm enjoying it again!
On me, it unfolds with herbal notes plus a hint of sweetness, probably patchouli and sage. It's not overpowering, there's a touch of freshness. I like it.
Thank you, Makeup, for the lovely scent and gift. My husband and I both wear it together. On him, it smells more like grass and woody notes. On me, it gives off freshness and a touch of warmth from sage. The notes reveal themselves depending on the air temperature. In summer, it's more refreshing, while in colder weather, it becomes denser.
