I have seen girls writing about burnt skin, so I want to express my opinion. I would rather call this cream a spot treatment. I wouldn't risk applying it every morning and evening all over my face because talking about burns is definitely not worth it. This is a targeted product, exclusively for breakouts. I even experimented with applying it on comedones (they are my main problem) and I saw results, the comedones started opening up and turning into pimples, and with this product, they disappeared very quickly. For my combination skin prone to dryness and rosacea, this product is simply a lifesaver. It provides intense hydration and I apply it both in the morning and evening. Initially, I started with a sample size before ordering the full-size product.

This is an excellent product, and you can see the results from the first use. I didn't notice any oiliness that is mentioned here. I have combination skin. I apply it to the areas of my face that need it after using a toner, wait for about 5-7 minutes for it to absorb, and then apply a moisturizer. It stings a little, but then it goes away. I use it about 2-3 times a week because I've read about getting used to it and I'm afraid of drying out my skin.

This product is amazing. It soothes irritation, rashes, and has a pleasant scent. The texture is incredible, it applies smoothly on the face without leaving any film or mask-like feeling. However, I made the mistake of using it on my entire face instead of just on specific breakouts, and as a result, the delicate areas around my lips became dry. Therefore, I recommend using it only on problem areas and pimples. I advise against using it as an all-over face cream, it's better to find another product for that. As a spot corrector, it is a fantastic product. And if used in combination with Effaclar H gel and sebum-regulating mask, breakouts disappear in no time.

Unfortunately, I do not like the cream in the updated version (Duo + M). It leaves a sticky film on the skin and does not help with breakouts. Additionally, it dries out the skin. I have been using the previous version (Duo) for several years and did not encounter such problems.

Out of all my skincare products, this one is objectively the worst. My skin became extremely dry and started peeling in the T-zone, causing me a lot of pain. Therefore, if you have the opportunity, I recommend testing it first in a miniature size to avoid wasting money.
