Divine fragrance. Just like that same one from 1994. I didn't have it back then, but my friend wore this fragrance. And now it feels like I've completed a puzzle. This perfume is truly beautiful, deep, unlike anything else, unique. It makes you want to breathe it in over and over. Thank you, Cacharel, for not changing the scent over the years. And a big thank you to the makeup for the fast delivery.
The fragrance is simply enchanting! At first, I didn't like it at all! I thought about giving it to someone, but after a few months, I decided to try it on my wrists again... and something magical happened! It has an incredible scent! Initially, it's somewhat unpleasantly sweet, but then there's this chemistry: sophisticated, marvelous, with a restrained tone and no excessive sweetness. It has a close resemblance to the skin, it's not overwhelming at all, it's delicate, restrained, and sophisticated! I want to inhale it endlessly!
My long-standing love) Honestly, Cacharel is perhaps one of the very few brands that produce their fragrances year after year without changing the "patterns". All (and I mean ALL) perfumes from this brand sound exactly the same from year to year, from decade to decade, just like in their initial releases. I have been using Noa for a couple of decades, I have been using Lulu for thirty years, and I have been using Eden since the nineties. Not a single one has ever seemed changed, not even a note! That is why I immensely respect this brand. Eden is a green, dense, swampy forest - it is magnificent, strange, enchanting, and ephemeral. Out of all the fragrances I know and have, it is the most wonderfully beautiful one, truly unique in its kind. It remains relevant to this day and sounds magnificent without any retro overtones. If I were to compare, it somewhat resembles Mugler's Aura in terms of character, but only in terms of character (dense, fairy forest, and nymphs). It's like the "Forest Song." It's strange for me to read these negative reviews, especially when people buy a fragrance based solely on comments, reviews, and opinions without testing it beforehand, relying solely on someone else's taste. I have a question - do you buy a car without a test drive? Why then write this negativity? The fragrance is beautiful, but it is not universal, it is unique, and that is what makes it beautiful. Personally, for me, Eden is one of the best comebacks from the 90s. I will definitely purchase it again!
This is a mediocre collection of pine trees, in my opinion, which also has various floral scents intertwined.
The perfumes are truly unusual and may not suit everyone. They definitely need to be "aged" - the first spritz immediately after delivery had a sharp scent, which my husband described as "forest cologne with pine trees". After standing for a few days in a dark place, they now smell like watery lilies, with a hint of eucalyptus, a heavy scent, but very pleasant. It is a strong, lingering fragrance that should be worn in suitable weather and, more importantly, in the right mood. For me, it is eccentric, confident, proud, and playful. It truly evokes thoughts of forest witches.

I took into account the comments and got exactly what I expected. This perfume is absolutely retro, without a doubt. It is loud, powerful, and not for everyone, but I am quite the enthusiast and have much more unusual specimens in my collection. It is long-lasting and leaves a trail like the devil himself, on my warm skin it unfolds with a retro powdery sweetness, although I wouldn't call it sweet. It is interesting and makes you keep exploring it. I am waiting for rainy weather to take it out for a walk, as there is a chance of poisoning my loved ones indoors. Satisfied.

One of the most unusual fragrances that I have had the chance to "try", it is truly unique. The longevity is incredible, it stays on the skin even after showering with treasure, I can still feel it on my clothes for a week, I would even say that it has a killer longevity. From the opening, to the middle, and to the finish, it hardly changes on my skin, it is a blend of water, herbs, delicate water lily, a summer forest by the lake with a touch of magic and charm. This is the scent of a Forest Nymph, it is even difficult for me to describe it in any other way. It is very unusual, mysterious, natural, a forest song, truly.

A fragrance for enthusiasts.
Initially, I didn't like it when a man gave it to me as a gift and described how his ex-lover used to wear it, and how he himself fell in love with this scent (they are both from the Baltic region). So, I can describe it as a fragrance suitable for constant rain and humid weather, often in the summer. It unfolds in the cold rainy autumn, smelling like a forest and moss. However, in spring and summer, it becomes overly sweet and a bit heavy for the average climate zone.
I used to spray it often at the beginning of warm autumn, and my colleagues would ask, "What's that smell of mold?" Then, I really sniffed it and noticed certain notes, as if it were damp leaves. But it smells interesting on clothes. Overall, I rarely use it, only when I'm in the mood for rainy weather.

However, if you enjoy scents like Mandragora Annie Goutal or Mugler Aura, then this one will definitely appeal to you. For me, it's like walking through a forest and stumbling upon a little lake surrounded by lush shrubs and reeds, with plenty of wildflowers that herbalists gather in bunches and then brew into fragrant infusions.

This fragrance is definitely not versatile, and it never has been, even in the 90s. I didn't wear it back then because I was very young and preferred citrus scents in perfumes. Two years ago, I bought Eden for my collection and, strangely enough, I enjoy wearing it.
For those who are picky, I want to give a small piece of advice - apply the fragrance with just one spray and preferably below the waist. This subtle application reveals the beauty of Eden.

I do not share the disappointment and complaints. This perfume is conceptual, with the scent of lily and lotus that immediately captivate and linger in the mind. Naturally, the fragrance is not for everyone, as the melon note is only a dry peel that has been exposed to the sun for a long time, and the sweetness is more of a sweet decay. I did not notice the mimosa, but the scent is so intoxicating and powdery that it is quite possible that it is present. Patchouli, like a foundation, provides longevity. The longevity is about 6-7 hours from just one spray, which is very strong and economical. This is a STRANGE fragrance, only for connoisseurs of magical potions. It is like a green forest with a wild pond, with lilies and lotus flowers under the scorching sun. Both dark and light. This fragrance is better kept under a lid, like an exhibit, rather than worn every day. But it is art.

I'll say it briefly - this is awful. Disgusting smell, not even comparable to a shoe freshener. Where is the lily, where is the melon?! There are no understandable and pleasant notes, only sharp, piercing stench. As correctly mentioned in the comments below: the main emotion is bewilderment. Hoping that it will improve is useless - perfumes don't change that drastically. I certainly won't use it, it makes me sick. It's going straight to the trash bin along with almost 700 UAH. My advice, or rather, a sincere request - don't buy it without testing. And if you do test it, you definitely won't buy it. No complaints towards the store.

But it's not for everyone, you could say it evokes strong emotions, from love to hatred. I have never encountered anything similar in terms of scent, it is truly unique. It has a classic but timeless contrasting aroma. It is perfect for spring and rainy summers. Its longevity is a solid 5 out of 5.
I really loved this fragrance in 2000. It reminded me of my youth, joy, the scent of linden trees and birch buds after the rain. I decided to remind myself of that and bought it, but I was disappointed. It's not the same. It seems like the original, but the scent is heavy. They overdid it with anise - in the 2000 version, it wasn't noticeable, but here it's like medicinal anise. I can clearly smell powder and some kind of chypre note. After 2 hours, the scent became closer, but something still changed. Maybe we won't become friends... It's a pity.

I bought this product randomly, without testing it, simply because I wanted to have this legend for myself. Based on the pyramid and the reviews, I understood that I would like it, so I'm not afraid of complex scents. As soon as I received it from the carrier, I sprayed half a spritz on my hand and after a while, I realized that I knew it, I had heard it a long time ago. Eden is complex, intoxicating, not for every nose and weather, but it is beautiful. These half spritzes are dense and lingering, they stayed with me all day. Undoubtedly original! And thanks to the store for the little gift!
