I received this as a gift from my sister because she heard good reviews. I was surprised to find that it is quite thick in the jar, but it feels pleasant on the lips, not sticky, and has no scent. I like it.
I was influenced by the reviews and discovered that not everyone has the same taste and preference when it comes to color and flavor. Currently, the product is terrible and leaves a disgusting taste on the lips. However, it does effectively heal the lips. Personally, I won't be purchasing it again, as it's better to spend a little more and buy a regular lip balm from a different brand, which is also much more effective. I use it on my cuticles because it's very unpleasant on the lips. The product comes in a semi-solid state in a tube, I will attach a photo. If you still choose to apply it on your lips, it's better to rub it in with your fingers.
I made a mistake, I wanted to order Lucas paw paw. It is very thick and unpleasant, it doesn't spread well and resembles vaseline, but it doesn't have any smell. However, it will work better than a regular lip balm.
It is no secret that this balm is a knockoff of Lucas Papaw. I have both products. Lucas is much thinner and gives a glossy look to the lips. It can be applied just for beauty purposes, unlike Pure Paw Paw, which does not distribute well on the lips, clumps up, and leaves a yellow greasy residue. However, I will not give Pure Paw Paw one or two stars because it works decently as a mask for very dry or chapped lips or as a primer 20 minutes before applying lipstick (dab before applying lipstick).
This is the best lip balm I have ever had! I've tried Chanel and many other expensive balms, but this one has been with me for about three years. It keeps my lips moisturized all day long, and I have completely forgotten what cracked and dry lips feel like.
Terrible balm. It's hard to even call it a balm. It squeezes out of the tube like a "sausage" that can only be spread on the lips with fingers. If I try to spread it with the tube's nozzle, half of what comes out stays on the sides of the nozzle... It doesn't shine on the lips. Someone compared it to wax - a very accurate comparison, it does resemble wax. I don't know what I'm paying 134 UAH for, because this balm just goes straight into the trash.
Vaseline is Vaseline after all!
This lip moisturizer is excellent, it effectively hydrates the lips and has a pleasant neutral scent. Additionally, its ingredients are of good quality. It suits me perfectly!
I was skeptical about this type of balm because it's basically just petroleum jelly. But I bought it spontaneously and thought I would throw it away and go back to Sierra Bees, but I liked this balm so much that now I'm ordering another one.
I always have chapped lips, especially in cold weather, they are always either dry or windburned, and this is my lifesaver. Nothing else restores and protects my lips as quickly. And I don't have to use it every day like I did with other balms. If there's a problem, I apply it at night or during the day, it restores everything. It's like it softens dry skin. Then there's no need to use it again until I bite or get windburned again. So there's no situation where I apply it and after 2 hours my lips are dry again. And it's not greasy if you don't apply it thickly. With oily balms, I could feel the greasiness, but here it's a non-oily, light occlusion.
A big plus is that it has no smell. I'm not a fan of all these fragrances, and it's hard for me to find a scent that I truly enjoy. And it lasted me almost a year (!).
The lip balm is more pleasant than this one. It simply feels like thick grease, unpleasant in odor. Only Lineage, it's a shame that I saved on it.
Unfortunately, this plain petroleum jelly is quite disappointing. I would definitely prefer using products like Weleda or Himalaya Herbals instead.
I thought that this balm and Lucas Papaw Ointment were the same, but unfortunately not. This balm moisturizes my lips less, as my lips quickly absorb it and I constantly have to reapply it.
It provides good moisturization, but it's just like regular petroleum jelly.
I ordered this product based on the reviews of other girls who were quite satisfied with it. I received the parcel and used this balm for about a week. I must say honestly, it is really good and I can recommend it to others. It has no smell or taste, which is great for me. I am satisfied with this lip balm, I recommend it.
It is truly wonderful, but only under the condition of proper usage (girls who wrote negative reviews, take this into account and you will be satisfied 100%). First of all, you only need a tiny amount (literally 1/6 of a pea). When applied, it will be super thick, but it spreads well on warm lips with the help of the nozzle. Then, make sure to "rub" your lips together. This way, you will get a nourishing and lightweight balm that will save even the most neglected lips. I tried it personally and I highly recommend it (just be careful with the scent, as it varies for each type and everyone feels it differently).
I have heard many good reviews about this lip balm, so I decided to give it a try. I must say, it is just regular petroleum jelly, it doesn't have any scent as expected. However, it does moisturize well, although if you apply too much, it can leave a white mask-like layer on your lips. It's not worse than other lip balms, but it doesn't stand out either. The large volume is a plus though. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this lip balm for a second time. Thank you Makeup for the fast delivery!
After reading reviews, I decided to purchase this product to test it out. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst balm I have ever tried. The only thing papaya about it is the name, as it smells more like petroleum jelly.
Great balm, versatile.
Previously, PawPaw original had a slightly different design, but it was also red with black. So, that old balm was the best in my life. But this one... it's just petroleum jelly.
