The chondroitin-glucosamine complex can indeed be effective in treating joint pain. However, it is better to use it in tablet form (after consulting with a doctor). This cream did not help me at all during that time.
Good cream. I have been using it for 10 days and there are no painful joint symptoms. The smell is repulsive (medicinal), but it disappears after 10-15 minutes. It is easy to apply and quickly absorbs. It also runs out quickly.
