I received a gift from my sons today, an interesting fragrance. It smells like flowers and sugar candies, sweet but not overpowering, delicious. I have other heavy perfumes like Libre YSL and Lovely Elie Saab, but Twist is much lighter than those two.

At first, it smells like flowers and sugar candies, and after about 10 minutes, a hint of leather joins in, followed by something fresh after about 5 more minutes. It's not mint or menthol, but rather something icy. It unfolds very interestingly on me. It's not typical for such inexpensive perfumes, but my sons definitely made the right choice. These perfumes are not for everyday use, rather for spring-summer evenings when there's a light chill. It will smell nice. In terms of longevity, I would give it a 7 out of 10, which is quite good considering the price.

I recently purchased the fragrance My Twist without testing it first, relying solely on the description. I read some reviews stating that it is similar to Armani My Way, which I have never had, so I decided to try this fragrance at a well-known perfume store. Honestly, My Way was so suffocating and overwhelming that it even bothered me when I was outside. I started to worry that I wouldn't like My Twist. However, when I received it and applied it on a blotter, then on my skin and clothing, I discovered that it is lighter, not suffocating, playful, and iridescent. It lasts for a day on clothing, I could still smell it on my hair throughout the evening and into the morning, and it fades slightly faster on the skin. Maybe there is a sillage, but I haven't fully understood yet. I am satisfied, the fragrance is worthy, it brings joy, it is of high quality, and 100% original.

I was excited about the gift and the affordable price after reading good reviews. And here's what I'll say. Thank you for the fast delivery. Promptly. However, the scent is just average. It reminds me of perfumes from the 90s, and not the best ones at that. The smell is overpowering and cheap. The claimed ingredients are nowhere to be found. There is no trace of blackcurrant, which usually adds bitterness and sophistication, and there is no hint of vanilla bitterness in the final note either. The gift is also questionable. When I applied the lotion to my body, it initially started to slightly burn, then itch, and then I developed a rash. So, this order turned out to be quite disappointing.

In my opinion, this perfume is perfect for evening wear as it has a long-lasting scent. It reminds me of the women's fragrance "Tom Ford Black Orchid."

The alternative to Elie Saab's Girl of Now falls just a bit short. However, it is a good fragrance for everyday use at this price.
