My daughter uses retinoids and her skin becomes very dry, especially her lips, which were cracked and extremely dry. She tried everything, but nothing helped. Then she tried this balm. And oh, what a miracle, it's super, I love it!

I ordered it on the website. After several months of regular use, I can say that... Honestly, I am disappointed. The product was advertised and not cheap, but... there was no expected effect. It did not help my lips. Not at all! In my case, the simple and cheaper but effective "Boroplus" turned out to be more efficient. As for this product, I can't say anything good. It's a waste of money.

I don't know what miraculous ingredients are in this product, but I am shocked. Three weeks after visiting the dentist, my lips feel like sandpaper, the skin has stretched significantly, and I can't eat or smile without instant cracks and patches of skin peeling off my lips. I've tried zinc ointment, coconut oil, Bepanthen, argan oil, macadamia oil, and even my favorite mask from Laneige, which always helped in the past, but now nothing works, the effect is zero. As soon as I applied this balm, my lips stopped cracking within half a day. There is still some minimal discomfort, but I believe it will go away in a few days.

This is an average lip balm. It's not the best out there. It does help with dryness throughout the day, but I have to reapply it every half an hour. However, during this entire time, there is a waxy feeling on my lips. I will go back to using Bioderma.

I don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. This is what saved me in just one day. Lips need moisturizing in both summer and winter. My lips were so dry from the sun and wind that it was unbearable, very painful. I bought this balm at the pharmacy. I applied it twice on my lips (day and night). By morning, the unbearable pain was gone and my lips were significantly better. I'm attaching a before and after photo (the difference is in just one day). This product effectively moisturizes my lips and leaves no sticky or unpleasant feeling on them.
