Bella Baby Happy Before Newborn — is the smallest diaper size available, specially designed for premature and newborn babies weighing up to 2 kg.
The Before Newborn diapers feature a special cut-out for the navel, which allows air to freely access the baby's umbilical cord, facilitating its faster healing.
The special soft structure of the Premium Dry nonwoven material allows for even better absorption of urine and liquid stool, which can irritate the delicate skin of an infant. The diaper is securely held in place by reusable Velcro fasteners.
The outer layer of the diaper consists of a special coating that ensures free air access to the newborn's skin, reducing the risk of skin irritation.

Open the diaper and lay it flat. Adjust the waterproof side flaps so they stand upright. Ensure the ends of the adhesive tabs are positioned at the back.
Place the baby on the diaper. Fasten the side adhesive tabs around the baby's waist, making sure they are positioned symmetrically on both sides.
Pull and smooth out the edges of the diaper and the inner protective flaps to prevent leaks. Make sure the diaper is not too tight around the baby's tummy and that the baby is comfortable.
