I bought this product without any reviews, just randomly, and I was very satisfied! It's difficult for me to find a shampoo that suits my oily roots, dry ends, dandruff, soft, porous, and wavy hair. But after using this shampoo, my hair gained amazing volume (and it's not that fake volume where the hair is artificially puffed up) - my hair feels dense, thick, nicely styled, and it stays non-greasy for longer. It simply looks wow (even without conditioner or a hair mask). It doesn't eliminate dandruff, but they have other shampoos for that - after trying them, I bought a bunch of other products and tried the cleansing balm for curls (in short, it's also amazing but very unique) and the balancing shampoo (for oily roots and dry ends) - and after using the latter, my scalp is clean, without that horrible dandruff that used to fall like the first snow. It's a wonderful series, I highly recommend it.
