Apply a small amount of the paste to the inner part of the mouthguard. Secure the mouthguard onto your upper and lower jaw by pressing it firmly against your teeth. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then remove it and rinse your mouth thoroughly.

I have never used similar whitening gels before, so I can't compare them. Maybe they are all the same.
First of all, I want to say that the taste is disgusting. It tastes like chemicals, bitter. So, I have to spit it out all the time during the whitening process.
The paste looks white and has a pleasant scent, but the taste is as mentioned above.
I use my own custom-made tray, which fits well on my teeth, and that is important for the result.
There seems to be a whitening effect. I will update once I finish the course.
You can either use it for 15 minutes twice a day or for 30 minutes once a day. I do 30 minutes.
They promise whitening results in 15 days, but you can continue for 30 days for even whiter teeth.
I only read about the active ingredient Phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid after placing the order for some reason. There are studies suggesting that it damages the enamel unlike regular peroxide, so I probably won't buy gels with it anymore.
But I think I can survive one course. By the way, the tube contains 50 ml.
