Introducing the Cosrx Cica Smoothing Cleansing Balm, a gentle soothing makeup remover balm suitable even for sensitive skin, thanks to its inclusion of the Cica-7 Complex—an extract from the Asiatic pennywort and its derivatives. Furthermore, the formula is enriched with valuable nourishing oils such as lavender, sunflower, eucalyptus, chamomile, camellia, coconut, olive, avocado, jojoba, sweet almond, and shea butter. The balm boasts a sherbet texture that transforms into a nourishing oil on the skin and, when in contact with water, turns into a gentle milk.
Key Features of the Cica Smoothing Cleansing Balm by Cosrx:

Apply a small amount of sherbet on top of your makeup and gently massage to remove it. Then, rinse with warm water. *NOT intended for removing eye and lip makeup.
The best product I have ever tried. I have also tried the hydrophilic oil from this series, but they cannot be compared. It's like night and day. It worked wonderfully for my oily and acne-prone skin. It completely removes makeup and rinses off with foam. It is also very economical. The jars lasted for 4 months of daily use. I highly recommend it.
I am extremely disappointed with this balm. The scent is simply awful, like some kind of chemical with menthol, and it hardly emulsifies. It does remove makeup, thankfully without causing any eye irritation. However, even after rinsing with foam, there is still a lingering feeling of residue from the hydrophilic oil.
