The Lunette Reusable Menstrual Cup Blue Model 1 is an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to tampons and sanitary pads. Say goodbye to life interruptions during your period — live fully. Thanks to its perfect adaptation to your body and its imperceptibility, you can stay active, whether you're swimming or going for a run. The cup creates a vacuum inside, holding in the fluid without absorbing it, thus preventing the risk of infection. Model 1 is suitable for women with light to moderate flow. It is also the choice for young girls who have not had sexual experience. If you typically change your pad 2–3 times a day, this is your size.
Features of the Lunette Reusable Menstrual Cup Blue Model 1:

- Capacity: 25 ml;
- Stem length: 25 mm, but can be adjusted to fit your needs;

- Smooth surface makes it comfortable and imperceptible during use;
- Rim prevents spillage;
- Can be used continuously for up to 8 hours, even overnight;

Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. First, be sure to wash your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods—try a few and choose the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction sound or a "pop," indicating it has been correctly positioned. If in doubt, feel the base of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly installed. If you feel any dents or creases, it means the cup has not fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to ensure a suction seal is formed. Once it is in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, it means the suction has been created, and the cup has been successfully positioned!
