I bought this brush in Moskow city and it is really awesome! It's my favorite one.
The Macadamia comb is the best thing that has happened to my thick, porous, wavy BLOND hair below my shoulders. I first bought it in England back in 2014, and over time the comb wore out and was nowhere to be found. I bought a couple of teasers, then a janek, but it was just not the same. I blamed my hair, thinking that I had forgotten how to take care of them.
When it became available on the makeup market, I was pleased and decided to buy it again because it has a handle that is more convenient than a teaser. When I combed my curls for the first time, I remembered why this comb is better! My hair became smooth, stopped sticking out in different directions, and the static went away. The ends are less frizzy! I recommend it to everyone!!!
The new comb is quite stiff (it doesn't break the hair or pull it), but for those who used it before and bought it now, it changes over time, which is logical. The new one is stiff, but it becomes much softer with use.
Today I finally received it, this is my second comb like this. Thank you, Makeup, for the fast delivery, despite the quarantine :)
I have a comb that I bought a long time ago abroad. It is the best comb, even better than Tangle Teezers.
When I saw it here at a low price, I bought it.
However, this is a counterfeit product, despite being shipped from the EU. It is much harder and it irritates the scalp. I recommend buying this comb only if you are 100% sure it is the original.
I had it for 3 years. Now, I bought a Tangle Teezer and, of course, I am unpleasantly surprised. Macadamia is a hundred times softer and better. The Tangle Teezer is stiff and bad. It would have been better to buy one like this instead of spending 500 UAH on a Tangle Teezer. It's a pity you ran out of them.
I fell for the reviews. Everyone says it's better than the Tangle Teezer. This comb is terrible!!! It doesn't comb wet hair at all, not even close, it just tears them apart! It's impossible to comb wet hair with it. You can comb dry hair, but only if they are already detangled. Money wasted. I haven't used the Tangle Teezer, but I'm scared to imagine how it would comb if this one is considered better, according to the reviews.
Excellent! We have already had two of these, before we had the Tingle - Macadamia is much better: it is easier to hold, it doesn't slip out of children's hands, it combs well, and most importantly - it is very gentle, it does not harm the scalp and detangles hair. In general, children do not want to use anything else after it, and neither do I.
I really liked this brush; it effortlessly detangles my hair! I used to use the Tangle Teezer, but I prefer the Macadamia brush now.
This comb is excellent and I prefer it over the Tangle Teezer because it detangles better. It gently detangles even wet hair. It is convenient to hold in hand. I am very satisfied.
I have been dreaming about this comb for a long time, so I ordered it and it was delivered very quickly. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was the "MADE IN CHINA" label, even though the website stated that it was made in the USA! What a disappointment. I was really upset, but oh well, I decided to give this Chinese wonder a try. It has a pleasant appearance, doesn't squeak or have any loose parts, and it is well-made. It is a bit uncomfortable to hold with the handle, but it would have been even worse without it. Now, let's talk about the most important thing: I have thin, long hair that gets easily tangled. It is a huge problem to comb my wet hair without using oil or pulling out hair strands. This comb definitely combs my hair much better than regular brushes and expensive natural ones, but some hair still remains on it, although three times less. It effortlessly combs dry hair, it's perfect! It hardly pulls out any hair and provides a very pleasant scalp massage. In conclusion, it didn't give me the "wow" effect I expected, and the fact that it is Chinese ruined it even more. I would rate this comb 4 out of 5 stars, but I subtract 1 star for the misinformation on the website. Fix that, and I would have given it a full 5 stars! On the positive side, the delivery was fast, it provides a pleasant massage, has a nice appearance, and significantly reduces hair breakage, which is what I expected from it in the first place.
My hairdresser recommended this comb to prevent split ends. After using it for 3 months, my hair has indeed become less prone to splitting, easier to comb, and less damaged. I am eagerly awaiting its return to the market as I would like to purchase it as a gift.
Overall, this comb is quite good. It handled wet hair exceptionally well, with ease and gentleness. However, I barely felt any scalp massage. There is a small, yet significant drawback for me - it is designed for right-handed people. As a lefty, it is inconvenient for me to hold it in my hand. It is unfortunate that the manufacturers did not take this into consideration. It should be mentioned as a warning!
My husband bought me this comb to replace my worn-out Tangle Teezer in my bag. I used to adore the Tangle Teezer and briefly examined the Macadamia comb before putting it aside without much interest. However, one day it happened to be within reach when I was getting ready for the pool. Macadamia combed through my wet hair so gently and carefully after my shower that I realized it was the perfect comb. Compared to it, the Tangle Teezer felt like a piece of sandpaper. Macadamia combs through wet hair delicately, not a single strand falls out. For those with fragile hair, it's simply a lifesaver.
The normal comb is fine, but I prefer the Tangle Teezer as it is both cheaper and more preferable. However, there was an unpleasant moment where the website stated that the comb was made in the USA, but the box said it was made in China! I would like to receive more accurate information when placing an order. Therefore, I am deducting 2 stars for the misinformation about the manufacturer and the lower quality compared to the Tangle Teezer.
The million-dollar comb! There are two in my house - mine and my daughters'. The girls have thick, curly hair, and life just wouldn't be the same without this comb. I would buy it again for any amount of money :)
I have long hair that is porous in texture, constantly curly and frizzy, and not all combs are convenient for me to use. This one suited me very well. It detangles my dry hair very nicely without pulling out any extra strands. I never use a comb on wet hair, only a wide-toothed comb. Sometimes, I even wait for my hair to dry completely before using my favorite comb. In comparison to the Tangle Teezer (I have both and really love these combs), this brush is softer, while the Tangle Teezer is denser and scratches more (but doesn't actually scrape). However, I like both combs, and for me, it's truly a great find.
I only use this comb to brush my long hair. One day, my friend saw this comb and asked me, "How do you like it?" I replied, "It's just a comb, but I can't use any other after using it." My friend bought one for her daughter (who also has long hair and struggles to comb it before going to kindergarten). Some time later, I asked my friend, "Did you like the comb?" She replied, "I always remember your words: it's just a comb... But my daughter doesn't want to use any other comb after using it." I didn't buy it from this website...
And I also fell victim to advertising. I was choosing between this one and the Tangle Teezer for so long, but I chose the "frog" because of its more ergonomic shape and the presence of a handle. The disappointment was boundless: it doesn't comb wet hair, it pulls it, it doesn't massage the scalp, it scratches it - in short, I regret even combing my hair once with this overhyped nightmare, because the silicone combs I used before combed gently but thoroughly. I do not recommend it to anyone. From this day on, I will learn to think with my head.
The comb is overall decent, but it doesn't live up to the expectation of being a "miracle". Hair tends to get stuck in it, but the head massage it provides is enjoyable.
I really liked this comb. It effectively detangles hair and works well. My daughter has long hair that constantly gets tangled, but this comb handled it perfectly. I highly recommend it!
