Girls/boys, I am thrilled! Seriously. A couple of weeks ago, I asked girls who left positive comments here about what and how they did it because I was really struggling and I was desperate because I spent a lot of money on 4 steps of 1 liter each. My hair was just like regular mass-market care. Well... nobody answered and I decided to experiment.

Here's how I use it and my hair looks like salon-treated hair.

1. Wet the hair.
2. Step 1: Take care of it with 2-3 washes, hold it for 5 minutes the last time.
3. Gently dry the hair. Carefully.
4. Step 2: Hold it for 10-15 minutes.
5. Gently dry the hair.
6. Step 3: Apply and comb through. Keep it for at least 20 minutes. The longer you can keep it, the better. I can keep it for a couple of hours. I just tie it up and do my things. You can put something warm on top (hat, towel, etc.), it will be more effective because it will be moist and warm.
7. Rinse it off, gently dry the hair a bit.
8. Apply step 4, just like step 3. The longer, the better, at least 20 minutes.
9. Then I slightly blow-dry it and apply the leave-in two-phase conditioner from Keune, blow-dry it and then apply the oil also from Keune. I love this brand. They have a great spa mask. I wear it for 2 hours. I used to do it every week before I bought the 4 steps from Joico. Important! After the mask, I apply the conditioner from regular hair care for 5 minutes.
10. I do it once a week on weekends.

This is the best thing that happened to my hair. Soft, heavy, moisturized. They don't get greasy quickly. If I knew earlier, my blonde hair would have been in a better condition a long time ago. I hope this comment was helpful to you. ❤️

The mask is useless! I'm glad I only got a 50ml sample. My hair feels completely unhydrated and dry after using it, and it's difficult to comb through. The consistency of the mask is uneven, as if it has separated. It's a very strange product.

I didn't quite understand the mask, perhaps it is necessary to use all four products in the line for a wow-effect. Yes, it provides some moisture along the length after shampooing, but nothing more.

I used this together with the moisturizer from the same series. Yes, the consistency is strange, but it works and that's all you need from a reconstructor. The smell is okay, you don't really notice it after washing. The hair is much more scented from the heat protector and serums, so I don't see the need for any mega fragrant expensive trails from the reconstructor. The important thing is that it performs its functions excellently. I will add photos of my dry hair before and after using the reconstructor in combination with the moisturizer. I'm happy that I bought the large bottles right away because now it's my number one product. For everyone suffering from damaged hair, this is definitely your savior.

I ordered a hair mask from Poland for delivery. I don't understand what the problem is... But it's HORRIBLE. The consistency is like liquid insoluble lumps in water, and it smells like rotten wormwood. It's impossible to apply to the hair. I don't understand how to check the expiration date, I attached a photo. When applied to the hair, the amount shown on the hand (in the photo) is not enough for my hair, which is slightly below shoulder length. I need three times that amount to feel even a drop of hydration. Otherwise, my hair remains stiff, like after shampooing.

Overall, for 1400 UAH, it was supposed to be hair gold, but it turned out to be a disaster. I hope you will understand the situation, as I have been ordering from this makeup site for 5 years and have had no complaints about other products.

I have been using this mask along with the shampoo, conditioner, and two-phase spray from the same series to rescue my dyed blonde hair. After a month of use, my dry and dull hair has become alive and shiny.

I plan to continue using the series in the future.

I bought a conditioner and a Joico mask. The conditioner is pretty good, it nicely moisturizes and softens the hair. However, the mask is just terrible. Either I don't know how to use it properly or something, but after applying it to my hair, it feels sticky and is hard to rinse off. My hair looks dull and very dry. I didn't like it.

Why buy separately when it's a 4-step system? Each bottle is labeled as step 1, step 2, step 3, and step 4. Step 4 can be used independently! I have been using it for 4 years and I am very satisfied. I buy the liter bottles.

Girls, this mask DOES NOT work without a moisturizer. However, the moisturizer works perfectly fine WITHOUT the mask. I will buy the mask now, I haven't tried it with the mask yet, but when I bought the moisturizer at the salon, they warned me about the mask protocol. The moisturizer is unreal, I highly recommend it, try buying a small one, you'll love it. You can also apply it to the scalp.
