I ordered this lipstick, but instead of the usual one, I received a refill. Seeing the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one in this situation.
I purchased shade 418. It is slightly lighter than shown in the photo, but still a very nice color. It doesn't dry out or smudge on the lips and has a slight shine, but it's not bothersome at all. The texture is similar to lip gloss but hardly noticeable on the lips. By the way, the packaging of the lipstick is really cool. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to open it.
The texture of this product resembles a balm with a tint. It is soft, moisturizing, and applies easily without streaking. The finish is satin, and the shade 100 nude look with a peach undertone is suitable for warm skin tones. The aesthetic of the lipstick is very pleasing, with a minimalist design in the style of Dior.
I really liked this lipstick. It has a vibrant color and applies smoothly. It doesn't dry out my lips at all. However, it's not long-lasting. After an hour, it starts to smudge around the edges.

I ordered this item on the website on January 22nd, made the payment, and waited for the delivery from the EU.
I received the item on January 30th.
In the received package, instead of a lipstick with a REUSABLE bottle, there was a refill!
I contacted customer support - provided all the photos and details - they accepted the complaint, reviewed it for 3 days, and then a manager called me and said that they sent me what I needed because in her understanding, REFILL is the same as REFILLABLE in English!
After another call to the hotline, the website acknowledged the mistake and processed the return.
