I have oily eyelids with a slight hooded appearance. Initially, I was very impressed with this product: it has a soft texture and a great brush (almost the reason why I bought it). However, it is difficult to blend the eyeliner as it quickly sets on the eyelids. But once applied, the eyeliner lasts all day, with or without a base.
I used it almost every day and didn't keep it open for long. However, when you "break" the top layer in the jar, the eyeliner starts to dry out. After two months, it becomes difficult to pick up product, and after three months, it crumbles and transfers to the eyelids in tiny pieces, as described below. It's such a shame because there's still plenty of product left for half a lifetime... A gel pencil would be better. Sharpen, sharpen, sharpen.
ALL products that come in jars have this problem, whether they are cream/gel eyeshadows, bases, or eyeliners.

The updated version is simply terrible. It is not gel-like at all, but rather extremely dry. It claims to apply well, but it doesn't draw at all. It also flakes and smudges. I have no idea how anyone can use it to draw something. The previous version was perfect. I have been buying this eyeliner for about 2 years, but I absolutely do not recommend the updated version. It's a waste of money. The consistency is completely different. It's horrifying.
I don't understand what this new version is all about. I have been buying it for several years. It used to paint well. Gel-based. It was great for drawing lines. The new format is just a joke. It doesn't paint at all. It's dry. I don't know how anyone can use it. It's just terrible. Almost 300 UAH wasted in the trash.

I bought this product on the recommendation of a coworker's daughter. This product fades quickly (lasts a maximum of a couple of hours), spreads easily, dries quickly in the jar, becomes patchy (requires multiple applications), and when reapplied, clumps together. And if you have oily skin (especially in the summer!!), applying this eyeliner on such skin is like putting oil on fat (even with a base). I used less than a third of the jar and threw it away without any regrets.
