Terrible powder. It dries out the skin and emphasizes even non-existent wrinkles. It doesn't even compare to The Face Shop.
I really liked the powder. It has a pleasant scent and applies easily on the face, and of course, it has a white color. But that's not a problem. The most important thing is that it mattifies the skin and prevents oily shine.
I am simply disappointed... I waited for a long time and was thrilled when it finally appeared!
In reality, it doesn't do anything that the manufacturer claims... I tried to tame it, but in vain. There is no matte effect throughout the day, it's out of the question! My skin is oily, without acne or pimples, but this shine that appears after a couple of hours is killing me. It doesn't blur or mattify anything...
I give it a 1 for the cute packaging.
The powder is almost finished, and my opinion of it has completely changed. Firstly, it matches my skin tone perfectly because I am very fair, and any yellowish shade would be visible on me like a mask. Since the powder is colorless, this problem doesn't exist at all.
Secondly, it truly disguises pores, as if blurring them. I apply the powder in daylight, and if I compare the sides "with powder/without powder," the difference is incredible, it's visible.
Thirdly, it reduces shine and leaves a velvety matte skin. Yes, it doesn't last long, about 3-4 hours (I have combination skin), but this effect is fantastic.
Most likely, I will buy it again; I haven't had anything better.
I am disappointed with this product. It does not control oily shine for more than 3 hours on oily skin, like any other powder does. Initially, it holds on to the foundation when first applied, but if applied again after some time or even after using oil-absorbing sheets, it clogs the pores and accentuates dry patches that were not even noticeable before. It's a pity, as I was expecting much more.
I have oily, problematic skin, and this powder (natural and colorless) is the only thing my dermatologist allows me to use, so my review will be about this powder on clean skin.
The powder in the box is white, but it becomes transparent on the skin. At first, it will definitely make you look pale and emphasize any flakiness (if there is any), but after about 20 minutes, your skin color will return to normal and the flakiness will no longer stand out. The powder really mattifies the skin and does not dry it out. Although it is applied strangely, you need to get used to it. Imagine trying to powder a table with a sponge. The powder will move along with the sponge on the table. It's the same on your face with clean skin. Eventually, it will settle on the face, of course. However, it is more convenient to apply it with a brush, but I needed a portable option with a sponge. So I'll get used to it. It does not cover any problem areas. If you have acne on your face, it will only slightly dull it, nothing more. However, it will provide a matte finish, tighten pores, and the powder is antibacterial. My skin starts to get oily after about 3 hours, but it varies for each individual, depending on their skin type.
I believe that with the use of a suitable foundation, this powder will truly control sebum and provide long-lasting matte finish at the final stage of makeup. Although I don't know how well it "works" with liquid foundations. I think it will be better with a light patting motion. On my skin, it doesn't last very long without any additional products, but still, it's better than without it. In my opinion, it is the perfect option for a natural-looking makeup and for summer.
I really liked the powder, and I am satisfied with my purchase.
I have very mixed feelings about this powder... The most surprising thing is when it applies like dust all over my face, like white dust. I apply it with patting motions and the sponge that came with it. If I use a brush, it feels like the powder doesn't even touch my face. I read reviews saying that it controls oily shine throughout the day - but it doesn't for me. My skin still gets oily after 3 hours, whether with or without the powder.
The packaging and appearance are a plus, no complaints there, it looks more than pleasant. But we don't buy a product just for the packaging, right?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?.. I really wanted to get along with this powder, but unfortunately, I'm rather disappointed.
