Wet the formula, use the detailer brush to swipe along the water activated liner and apply it, gliding it into the shape or design you desire.
Great palette, I got the Bright Babe shade. Like with any other water-based eyeliners, it takes some practice, but for me, they are on par with Glisten Cosmetics. You can mix them together to create different colors. I use TopFace setting spray instead of water, and then the color is slightly less intense, but the lasting power is much better.
This is a cool tool for artists. It's not recommended to consider it as a serious replacement for eye liners. The blue one gives a tint to the eyes, the black one crumbles, the yellow one is difficult to apply, and the red one is more or less good. I agree with the comment about the importance of the water proportions.
These eyeliners are pretty good, but it takes a lot of practice to master them. The brush is a bit bulky, so you need to calculate the right amount of liquid for mixing well. The color intensity and line thickness often depend on this. Overall, it is a good product.
