The PNB brand has once again made nail care enthusiasts excited with the release of a unique 2-in-1 formula, which has all the benefits of a base and top coat in one bottle. This multipurpose product provides excellent adhesion and alignment of the nail plate. At the same time, it protects the colour from the environment, as everything from UV rays to water can shorten the life of a manicure.

Sanitize and degrease your nail surfaces using Nail Prep PNB. Use a cuticle pusher to gently push back the cuticles. Buff away the shine from the nails using a nail buffer, and remove any dust. Degrease the nails with Nail Dehydrator PNB. Apply a small amount of Bond Control PNB to the sides, tips, and bases of the nails. Allow it to dry for 30 seconds. Apply a very thin layer of UV Titanium BaseTop Coat 2 in 1, ensuring to seal the sides and tips of the nails. Cure under a 36-watt UV lamp for 2 minutes, or under an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
It is too runny for a base coat, and even as a top coat, it leaks. I've been wearing it as a top coat for a week, and it seems fine.
I used this product as a base and top coat. I liked it, although it does spread out a bit, but if you're careful, it's all in moderation! It lasts for a couple of weeks. I'll definitely order it again.
I didn't buy it here, it came in a set with other products from this brand. Since I'm a beginner, I blamed all the problems on my lack of skill and experience :) But after 4 attempts, I realized that this product doesn't fulfill its claimed functions as a base or top coat. The manicure lasts a maximum of a week and peels off in layers. Once again, I am convinced that 2-in-1 products don't work.
I did not purchase it here, but this product is terrible. If you apply it as a base and top coat, it starts peeling off on the second day. I started using it only as a top coat, but it is very runny and immediately smudges, and after a week, it peels off in layers again. I do not recommend it, it's better to buy a higher-quality product.
The base is very liquid and solid, but it lacks shine and it's also liquid, unlike a top coat. However, it is perfect for impregnating fiberglass and sealing a cut nail! The key is to apply it with a thin brush to avoid any drips.
The base doesn't work well. On the second day, the gel polish starts peeling off from the edge of the nail.
