Although I have sensitive skin, these patches did not cause any reactions. The biggest downside is that 30% of the patches in the box are bent and broken, so they have to be thrown away because they don't adhere properly under the eyes. Many people say they are too wet, but if you adjust them a couple of times during the first 5 minutes, they will stick firmly and won't cause any discomfort.
