The eyeliner is dry, storing it with the tip down did not help. I tried an old trick - squeezing out the paint and using the tip to apply it - but it clumped because it had dried out too much. Unfortunately, I opened it past the return date, so I couldn't ask for a refund :(

The tip of the eyeliner is completely dry, making it impossible to draw a thin line no matter how much you try. The only somewhat usable part of the brush is in the middle. These were wasted money, it is impossible to use such an eyeliner.

Moreover, after futile attempts to draw something, I discovered a sprinkle of black dots under my eyes, which smudged. In short, I didn't achieve the promised miraculous gaze... the result - wasted time, money, ruined mood, and being late for work.
