The shampoo is good, but the delivery was terrible. I ordered 100ml and half of it was missing, everything was spilled. Please work on improving the delivery and reliable packaging.
This shampoo is amazing, high-quality, and has a luxurious scent. I have been buying it for the third year in a row, always opting for the large size. I alternate using it with a solid shampoo. I use it when I want to have smooth and soft hair without any styling. I highly recommend this shampoo.
My favorite product line, I constantly order it for its great quality and effective results. It works amazingly well for porous hair but may not have the same effect on smooth and heavy hair.
Apart from the pleasant smell, there are no "wow" impressions. Instead of moisturizing, the dyed, dark, and curly hair becomes even drier. The conditioner from this series doesn't really change the situation.

Additionally, I usually wash my hair every two to three days, but with this shampoo, I had to wash it daily. I have never experienced such greasy hair the day after using it.

I really liked this shampoo. It cleanses well and leaves my hair smooth and shiny. It is also easy to comb through. The best part is that my hair stays fresh the next day after using this shampoo. With many other shampoos, my hair roots tend to get greasy quickly.

I initially bought a sample and I quite liked it, so I ordered the full-size version and the conditioner from the same series. During the first month of use, I felt like I had wasted my money. Yes, it has a pleasant smell and cleans well, but it doesn't deliver on its promised functions. The conditioner is also just average. However, towards the end, I realized that I no longer had any scalp itching, I washed my hair slightly less frequently, and I even noticed a bit more volume at the roots. The conditioner needs to be used as instructed, applied to towel-dried hair and left on for a couple of minutes before combing through. That's when it provides smoothness and hydration. Although I usually don't have enough time for that. Most likely, I will order it again, but I will also keep an eye out for other options. My hair is lightened by 1 shade, long, curly, and porous. It tends to be dry along the length and normal at the roots. The smell is amazing, but it doesn't last after drying.
