This product is very strange. It is not economical to use - you want to apply more because you don't feel like your skin is being cleansed. When it comes into contact with water, it all runs through your hands, which is very inconvenient to use. I cannot imagine using it without a toner/lotion as a way to further cleanse. I will not buy it again. Why produce a very specific and narrow-focused product and advertise it as something that suits almost everyone?

Girls, I bought this product at a beauty salon based on recommendations and very positive reviews. However, it turned out to be a terrible product that didn't work for me. What's interesting is that I had previously bought a 3D fluid cream with shimmering particles, a peeling, and a glotoner from the same brand at the same salon, and they all worked perfectly, leaving my skin beautiful and well-cared for. But this product caused chemical burns on my skin after the first use, specifically in the T-zone. My face felt like it was burning, turned red, itchy, and then the skin started to tighten and peel. I had to use a hormonal ointment from the pharmacy. I have never had any reactions before, even if a product didn't suit me, the worst I experienced was a feeling of tightness. I am not allergic, my skin is oily and not prone to peeling. Now, I still experience occasional peeling, and I can't go out in the sun without sunscreen because it starts to itch, especially in the T-zone where the burns occurred. I have no complaints about the makeup website in any way. I just wanted to leave this review specifically for this product here, to warn and prevent anyone else from suffering like I did. Be very careful with professional skincare products, especially for the face! Before using it for the first time, try it on a small part of your face and wait for some time. I used the product in the evening, and in the morning, I started experiencing intense itching, followed by burns after 1-2 days. The reaction is not immediate.

The product is specific and knows exactly what it does. It is not meant for removing makeup. I use it in the morning with the brand's toner and serum, and the effect is truly wonderful without exaggeration. I recommend trying a sample first because not everyone will find it suitable for their usage style.

I want to defend this product a little bit. It is truly strange, and Natalia, in my opinion, formulated its action quite clearly. I have normal skin that tends to dry out a bit, and I have had unpleasant reactions to various products in the past, often experiencing redness, so my skin is more sensitive. The manufacturer's description made it obvious that I should try the miniature version. But now I would take the full size.
Indeed, when you wash it off with water, it doesn't feel like it's being washed away, the skin feels oily, but after drying, the skin looks clean almost immediately. My makeup comes off, there's no concealer on my face, and my mascara comes off with warm water.
I have been using it for a month and I have no inflammation or major blackheads. What I like most is that there is no feeling of tightness. In the evening, I often apply their glow toner after washing, and in the morning, I use their green biotic cream.
For oily skin, I admit that it may not be suitable. But for those who have endless dryness and redness, give this product a chance. The main thing is not to compare it to regular cleansing products.

The face wash is amazing :) It truly feels like I've applied oil to my face, it doesn't really dissolve after water is added, it just spreads the oil with water now.
If I wipe it off with a towel, my skin feels clean, without the sensation of being too greasy. Therefore, the product is interesting, although I don't think I will buy it again, I will definitely finish using this one.

Excellent emulsion. I didn't buy it here, I got it from my cosmetologist. I use it as instructed, applying a small amount and massaging it into the skin, then rinsing it off. At first, my skin does seem oily, but after a minute, there is no greasiness. It removes makeup perfectly and doesn't dry out my skin. I have a combination skin type and I'm 44 years old.

I highly recommend starting with a sample of this product. I gave this product many chances, as I purchased the full size, but in the end, it always left my skin feeling greasy and sticky. Water does not wash it off, and it does not provide any cleansing effect. For comparison, simply apply sunflower oil to your face, which is listed as one of the ingredients, and you will achieve the same effect.

This product is completely confusing. It is better to go for obadgi or is clinical, where it is clear what you are paying for with such a high price.

It cleanses well, although it feels slightly greasy upon application, it rinses off easily and does not leave any greasy residue on the skin. I have been using it for a few days now and have no complaints, although it doesn't provide an instant "wow" effect either.
