I don't know what to say. I used it for two months, but the marks still remained. However, I had very deep removal of large moles, so I think it's impossible to heal them completely. After a year, I plan to undergo laser treatment to remove the scars. Maybe without this cream, it would have been worse, but the marks are still there and I can see that they are gradually fading over time. Maybe for smaller, less deep wounds, the effect will be stronger since I have heard many positive reviews. As for immediate healing after an injury, I highly recommend Neosporin. It's a great cream that immediately relieves pain and disinfects as it contains three types of antibiotics. It also quickly heals the wound without causing any pain.

I don't remember if I bought this gel here, but I can't help but share the results. Firstly, after 2.5 months of regular use, twice a day, a deep scar from a badly squeezed pimple completely disappeared. Secondly, the gel has a soothing effect (I applied it on burns, and the next morning my skin looked brand new). And the most surprising thing for me was that the gel is able to extract small pimples, just by applying it on the inflamed area.
Great gel! I apply it on fresh scratches and cuts. With it, scars are hardly visible when the wounds heal.
I didn't see any effect on old scars.
