The terrible paradox is that I used it as a moisturizer and then covered it with cream for 6-7 months, but ended up with fine lines and dry skin under my eyes. I tried to address this by using a heavy cream and peptide injections.

It's a low-quality mass-market product, in short. Which is not surprising considering the price.
