I have had skin problems since childhood, follicular hyperkeratosis. I decided to try this lotion. From the very beginning of using it, everything was fine, I noticed positive changes, my skin improved. After some time (approximately 2 months) of applying the product, my skin started to burn a lot. I do not recommend it.
I purchased this lotion along with the shower gel from the same line. I have been using it for only a month, but it really works. The condition of my skin, which has hyperkeratosis, has significantly improved. I also added a acidic toner to the areas that were particularly problematic. The scent is not great, but you get used to it. I noticed that I had a slight allergic reaction on my arm, but it turned out to be from the friction of my hoodie seam. As soon as I put on something with short sleeves after applying the lotion, there are no allergic reactions. I now have several other products from Biotrade, which I am very satisfied with, including their pure skin line and the acne aut product that I bought for my teenage son.
I have very dry skin with hyperkeratosis on my hands. I chose a product with a sufficient percentage of urea. I have been using it for about a year, applying it after each shower. This is the first product out of all my experiments with creams and lotions for the body that actually removed flakiness, unpleasant prickling sensation upon touch, and even softened the skin on my elbows as a bonus. However, when it comes to hyperkeratosis, there was almost no result. Although the skin did soften, the follicles remained. Following the dermatologist's recommendation, I added acids to my skincare routine - I apply a tonic to problem areas 1-2 times a week, and now the regimen is really working! Perhaps my experience will be useful to someone.
The scent could indeed be better, but it is not entirely bad, it was just unusual in the first week, then I didn't pay attention to it anymore. After application, there is a tingling and itching sensation on the skin for the first 15 minutes, but it quickly subsides. I perceive this as a sign that the product is actively working.

I would probably recommend using it for a month or two, and then switching to a cream with less urea in the composition, so as not to thin the skin too much. At least, that's what many other manufacturers of similar creams suggest. But I can't say for sure here.
