Out of all the paints I have used before, I have settled on this one. I have the shade 6/B1 - ashy mocha. It is a soft, warm brown color. The paint applies evenly and doesn't fade too quickly. I use it for coloring purposes and have been using it for over three years. I highly recommend it.

Good day. I ordered the color "very light sandy" and ended up receiving the color "ashy gray". There is a difference between light and dark, after all. I was very saddened by this. I didn't like it at all. Then, it should be clarified that the color is not "very light", but rather dirty. Money wasted and mood ruined for nothing. Now I will buy hair dye from another place. Why do you sell untested products?

Waste of money. I bought the blue shade, but it didn't even change the tone of my hair. They remained chestnut, just as they were before. And the roots turned some kind of greenish color. Thank God it didn't turn green completely.
I bought the product on November 8th. I didn't notice any ash, but it doesn't turn into a reddish shade like other products. It washes out just like any other hair dye nowadays. My roots were at a level 7, and it covered them without any noticeable transition. I have attached a photo in case it is helpful to anyone. The color appears cooler indoors.
The hair dye is terrible! My hair color is a medium sandy blonde with a hint of red. I bought the dye in shade 6.1 - dark ash blonde - but it turned out BLACK! Now I have to lighten my hair with a color remover or alkaline solution!!!

I really liked this hair dye. It doesn't damage the hair at all. The color is beautiful, although there is a bit less ash tones, most likely due to the natural brown pigment. It doesn't irritate the scalp. It successfully covers gray hair.

I chose shade 8/46, and I really liked the color on the palette. I searched online and everywhere showed a beautiful pink-gold color. However, in reality, it turned out very dark on my hair (I had previously dyed it with shade 8/44 from a different brand). The dye is pleasant to use, it doesn't have a strong smell, and my hair doesn't smell like dye afterwards, unlike regular store-bought dyes. I'm also happy with the quantity, as it was just enough for my hair length. With regular store-bought dyes, I usually need two boxes, so even considering the price, it's cost-effective. Even when it accidentally got in my eye, I quickly rinsed it off with cold water and the inflammation went away within a few minutes without any consequences. My hair feels very nice after using this dye. The only disappointment is the color. I used a 9% developer for my dark roots, and it worked well on the roots, giving them a golden-red shade. However, on the previously brown-red colored section, it only resulted in a darker tone with a reddish tint. As for the negatives, starting from the second hair wash (I'm currently using a pepper hair mask for strengthening, which apparently fades the color), the dye started to wash out from the gray hair at the roots. The red-pink shade lasted for three to four washes, but the brown tone remained and doesn't wash out anymore. I will lighten my hair and try a brighter shade. If you specifically want a pink-copper color, I recommend trying a different dye or shade, or lightening your hair beforehand. Even on regrown roots with a strong developer, the color turned out more subdued and natural. Overall, it looks beautiful on my hair, like the color of red wood with a bright copper reflection in the sun. I have no complaints about the manufacturer, I just regret not lightening my hair before dyeing it. I will try again in a month.
I really liked this hair dye. After rinsing, my hair was smooth and soft, which was not the case with Matrix and L'Oreal. The color matches exactly what was advertised, and no other dye has ever matched the tone so perfectly. Honestly, I didn't believe that I would achieve this exact color because I have tried so many dyes before, but they always gave me red, violet, or green shades. I was hoping for a slightly lighter shade, but I am confident that after a few washes, the color will lighten up. I used the shade 9/03 with a 1.9% developer (my roots were lightened three days ago with bleach and a 3% developer). I mixed the dye according to the instructions, with a 1:1.5 ratio, and left it on for 15 minutes. I should also mention that the dye has no strong smell, and the consistency is perfect - it doesn't run or make it difficult to apply. The first photo is a "pen test" on my lightened roots because, as I mentioned earlier, I have had experience with green and violet hair. The second photo is the result of the dye immediately after blow-drying my hair. The lighting is natural (by the window) without a flash.
This paint is excellent, my new favorite. I chose the shade 6.1, and it looks really beautiful and natural in my opinion. The violet corrector worked wonders, as it nourished and colored my hair perfectly after washing it out.
Great paint. Ash shades just like in the palette. Finally, I found a paint that gives me an ash tone without any "ginger" undertones.
I always buy this hair dye because it is "without surprises," meaning that the color it claims to be is exactly what it turns out to be. Additionally, it looks very natural. My hair remains in good condition even without frequent masks and salon treatments.
As for the commenter below, they had an incident where the tube of dye spilled out while squeezing it, so they had to tightly close it back up.
It's a pity that the availability of the color palette is not being updated, and many shades have been unavailable for a long time. I hope this is just temporary.
I liked this paint, but it just split open at the seam from the back during the very first use - the entire tube went straight into the trash can, and all my clothes got stained! It's really disappointing to have such a defect. Money wasted.

I use the Elsève shampoo for neutralizing yellowing a couple of times a week.

This paint is amazing! I had dark red hair with spots, but I wanted to achieve an ash blond color. And this paint worked wonders! I chose 6/11 for the first time and became a dark ash blond! Despite the fact that my hair was saturated, it became soft and the color was even. I dyed my hair on July 15th and my next coloring was on October 25th! The color faded and faded in the sun, but it was so natural that I didn't want to repaint it (like with other paints!) For the second time, I chose 7/11, as I wanted it to be a bit lighter, and once again, I made the right choice with the color! Now I am simply a natural blond. Next time, I will simply choose 7/1, as there are no more red tones in my hair! Thank you Makeup for introducing this paint, now I won't have to run around looking for it!
The paint washed off very quickly.... After 2 weeks, it was as if it had never been there... I will go back to Matrix.
