I did not purchase it here, but in a physical store. Honestly, it didn't do anything for my lightened hair. The supposed gentle pink color didn't take at all. Despite the instructions saying to leave it on for 20 minutes, I kept it on for 40, hoping for better results, but unfortunately, there were none. The roots had a slight pink tint, but the rest of my hair looked dirty, not pink.
