Apply a tiny amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush the teeth in circular motions, gently massaging gums. Rinse the mouth with water, swish for 20-30 seconds and then spit out.
Ordered for the second time. For those who love the feeling of freshness after cleaning.
I really enjoyed using this toothpaste. Only a small amount is needed for cleaning, and afterwards, there is a long-lasting pleasant aftertaste of cleanliness.
The pasta is excellent. I completely disagree with the previous comment. It's like some olives being delicious to some people and not to others. I find it to be bombastically tasty and fresh. It cleans well. Out of all the even most expensive ones, this is my favorite. By the way, it whitens and heals the gums.
One of the unsuccessful purchases: it tastes like a numbing ointment for gums that dentists sometimes use for mild pain relief. Honestly, it's terrible in taste and smell. There is no breath freshening, only a burning sensation in the mouth for over half an hour. As for the result of teeth cleaning - it's normal, no complaints in that regard.
I also like it. It reduces the risk of developing cavities. It is better than the toothpastes that dentists recommend in clinics.
Good toothpaste.
