Super toner, I bought it in the shade pearl and mixed it with Inebrya 1.05% developer in a 1:2 ratio. It gives a beautiful pearly color and leaves the hair smooth. I left it on for about 10 minutes, but you can leave it for less time depending on the desired shade intensity.
In the end, I still couldn't figure out where to get the emulsion for diluting toner and what can be used as a substitute for it.
