Use after each tooth brushing. Pour 15 ml of the mouthwash into the measuring cup and rinse your mouth for 30 seconds. Do not dilute with water. It is not recommended to eat after rinsing. For best results, use the mouthwash in combination with VITIS® CPC Protect toothpaste or Perio-Aid® gel. Do not swallow.
