"Active Cavity Protection" specialized toothpaste. Thanks to its high level of abrasiveness, this paste is ideal for removing plaque, especially in cases of halitosis*.

Despite its high abrasiveness level (113), the paste is completely safe for enamel, as it contains microRepair® particles that instantly integrate into the tooth enamel and restore it, thereby neutralizing the effect of high abrasiveness. Therefore, the paste perfectly cleans plaque and prevents its formation thanks to its intensive antibacterial function, and also restores enamel.

The paste is also recommended for smokers and frequent consumption of staining drinks (such as coffee).

*Halitosis - a sign of certain human (or animal) digestive system diseases, accompanied by an intense growth of bacteria in the oral cavity and, as a consequence, the presence of a large amount of plaque and unpleasant mouth odor.

The Biorepair®Scudo Attivo formula is specially designed to fight sugar acids and cariogenic bacteria.

Biorepair® toothpaste contains microRepair® particles, which include zinc ions (Zn). The microRepair® particles adhere to the enamel, thanks to their needle-like shape (identical to the natural shape of enamel hydroxyapatite) and remain on the surface for 24 hours. When the pH level in the mouth decreases (for example, during sleep), the microRepair® crystals disintegrate into calcium, phosphates, and zinc.

Calcium and phosphates react and restore tooth enamel, zinc ions are released and act on the bacterial environment, suppressing its reproduction, thereby preventing plaque formation. Thus, the pH acidity level is restored, teeth are protected from bacteria and cavities, keeping breath fresh.

The composition includes the substance Zn(PCA)**, which suppresses the growth and activity of bacteria, which are the main cause of dental plaque and, consequently, cavities.

The toothpaste also contains xylitol, which opposes Streptococcus Mutants bacteria, whose activity leads to the demineralization and destruction of enamel.
