This shampoo is ordinary, with a tar smell, but not strong. It won't help with dandruff, even when used together with other products. Therefore, the purpose written on the bottle is just marketing.
I don't know about others, but this product doesn't make my hair greasy too quickly, unlike some other brands. The scent is peculiar, it reminds me of barbecue sauce from a fast-food restaurant. I personally find it amusing, but my husband finds the smell repulsive.
I like the effect of this shampoo: I've been using it for a month, and my hair looks healthier - it shines and has less frizz. I bought it for nostalgic reasons - I used this series in my childhood, just in a different design - and I will continue to buy it in the future.
The only downside is the scent of smoked cheese. However, as previous commentators mentioned, it becomes completely unnoticeable after using hair masks or conditioners.
I have been using this amazing tar shampoo since 2006 to treat my dandruff. After using it, my hair becomes easily manageable, and the scent is barely noticeable. Other hair styling products completely cover up the shampoo's smell. I believe that thanks to this shampoo, I still have long hair that doesn't fall out in clumps.
