I messed up my hair for the second time with this product. It became lighter in length, but didn't take well near the roots (although the color became cooler than it was before). I dyed my hair in early January and bought the shampoo on February 28th.
After using it, my hair felt like straw, so without conditioner or a mask, it would be a disaster.
At least there are some results. I don't recommend Profistyle and L'Oreal - they only dye your hands, not your hair.
