This product is amazing! It went on smoothly and didn't damage my hair's quality (as much as possible, and believe me, I've tried many shades over the years - blonde, brown, red, chocolate, and back to blonde...). I used it with the equally amazing Echos Seliar developer. I can't recommend a specific percentage, as it varies for everyone, but 3% was enough for me. It provided a clean base with yellow neutralization. I left it on for 45 minutes, but again, the timing will depend on individual factors such as hair type and history.
