It is suitable for women over 25 years old and/or those who have given birth, as well as for those experiencing heavy menstrual flow. It is recommended to consult with a gynecologist before first use.

Before the first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by washing your hands with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - try a few and choose the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will pop open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval. If you feel dents or folds, the cup has not fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, gently pull on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is correctly positioned!
Removing the Cup
Remember to wash your hands again. Gently pull on the stem and use your abdominal muscles to push the cup down until you reach the base. Gently pinch the base to release the suction and slide the cup out. Empty the cup by pouring out its contents, rinse it with water (pay attention to the air holes), and reinsert it. When your period ends, boil the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes and store it in a cotton bag.
You can use the cup for up to 12 hours, so you usually only need to empty it in the morning and evening. However, if you need to empty it and don't have access to water, you can use toilet paper for cleaning.
