I bought some samples today to try out and decide whether to purchase the full-sized product. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no neutralizing effect, 0%. It simply worked like a conditioner. This is the first time I have seen something like this. I have tried many things, even left it on for 30 minutes, but there was no effect, especially considering the price.
The conditioner, it's just an average conditioner, but it doesn't help with yellowing. I haven't come across anything better than L'Oréal so far. Maybe I didn't keep it for long enough.
