Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods - you can try various ones and choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval once inserted. If you notice any dents or irregularities, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, try pulling slightly on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is successfully positioned!
