I wasn't very satisfied with it. It does a poor job of cleansing the scalp, doesn't foam well, and I think it has caused dandruff to appear(((
The shampoo is good, I can't say anything about hair loss as I have been using it for a short time. It lathers nicely and has a light, non-overpowering scent. The color is dark, but it doesn't dry out my blonde hair. I always apply leave-in conditioner or oil to the ends.
