Top class, my favorite! I've been using it for 5 years. It removes mascara and lipstick excellently and cleanses the skin. Very few things suit my sensitive skin prone to redness. And here it is, a miracle!
Micellar water is okay. However, it still needs to be rinsed off. If you don't rinse it, some kind of film remains after using it.

I bought a makeup remover from the same brand, but it's a two-phase formula, and it removes the foundation excellently, although I had to rub my eyes due to its oily texture, leaving mascara marks in the morning...
