I use this mask once a month because it works really well on my sensitive and oily-prone skin. It acts like a peel, gradually exfoliating the top layer of my skin and lightening pigmentation spots as a result. I follow the instructions and leave it on for 10 minutes, not risking any longer because glycolic acid is a strong allergen, and I happen to be allergic.
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I really love this mask - it refreshes and brightens the skin, effectively lightening post-acne marks. The skin feels soft and radiant after using it. The only thing is that I leave it on a bit longer than instructed, until it completely dries. The only downside is the smell, which does resemble that of glue, but the main thing is the effect. I am buying it again.
The mask is useless, you expect more from this brand, but apparently it is overrated.
Overall, this mask is useless. It has an unpleasant smell and offers no effect at all. It does not cleanse the skin whatsoever. I am disappointed because I have read many good reviews about this brand. It is definitely not worth the money! Later, I bought a glycolic peeling mask from a different brand at the pharmacy, and I noticed immediate results. Plus, it was four times cheaper than this one.
