It provides excellent coverage and feels pleasant to touch. It slightly mattifies, but not for the entire day. I ordered one, tried it, and then ordered another. When used with this makeup, it gives a luxurious look, especially if you exfoliate and moisturize your skin beforehand.
I have oily skin. For a year now, I have been in search of a truly matte foundation. I have tried both cheap and expensive ones, hoping for a solution. The shade 390 is suitable for darker skin tones, but the undertone is more neutral, I would say. It provides good coverage and applies smoothly. After application, the color adjusts to your skin tone. It doesn't look exactly like in the photo, but it adapts to your needs. As for the (important for me) matte finish, it doesn't deliver. Unfortunately, even after half an hour of application, my skin still shines. Overall, it's not bad, it might work for some. The color and coverage are good, but it lacks the matte finish.
A decent foundation for those who prefer a matte finish.
This product has a pleasant texture that does not dry out or tighten the skin.
I chose a dark shade to mix with another lighter total, which was too bright for me. However, I decided to simply apply it. I was impressed: it spreads nicely, looks great, and my skin feels like silk. I can't say how long it lasts, but it's definitely long-lasting.
I slightly missed with the shade (I bought 220 natural beige, but it has a pink undertone). However, the cream itself is really great - it mattifies wonderfully, doesn't clog pores, and most importantly, it lasts a long time without any oily shine.
The cream is truly wonderful! I bought it blindly based on reviews. Shade 150 turned out to be a bit pale for me, more suitable for winter-spring. I plan on getting shade 200. It conceals very well, giving the skin a moisturized and radiant look from within, rather than a matte appearance. It blends perfectly with the skin tone, without any yellowish tint. However, I find the tube size to be small for my liking.
I tried this cream for the first time. The positives for me are: it's quite dense, it tones the skin well, and it's long-lasting (I wonder how it will be in the summer). The consistency is not watery (I used to use Affinitone Maybelline, and for some reason it became watery). As for the potential negatives, I find it better to apply it on moisturized, lightweight face cream, although this is all individual. I bought shade 110, it has a barely noticeable pink undertone, which is normal for my pale skin. Overall, I recommend it, it didn't disappoint me.
The cream has several advantages. It effectively mattifies the skin, has a mousse-like texture, and offers excellent durability. On the downside, even the lightest shade, 110, is a bit dark for me (I initially purchased shade 150, which was too tan, and left swatches at the bottom). Additionally, it oxidizes. However, I think shade 110 will be a suitable color for summer, providing good durability and coverage for slightly tanned skin in hot weather. The promotional price is 189 UAH.
I really liked the foundation, I got the lightest shade 110. The finish is satin, it may oxidize slightly, but it's not a big deal. I wouldn't recommend getting a darker shade for fair-skinned people.
The cream is not bad. It has a light mousse-like consistency that spreads easily on the skin. It doesn't completely mattify, but gives a satin finish. I didn't choose the right shade. The Medium beige has a neutral undertone, but for my tanned skin with a yellowish undertone, it turned out to be too light and slightly pinkish. It lasts well throughout the day and doesn't settle into pores. The coverage is medium. It is indeed long-lasting. I will try a different shade.
I chose shade 150 Buff, but it turned out to be a bit too dark for me, and it also oxidizes. Thankfully, there is a adjuster, so I will mix it. The texture is mousse-like and very pleasant. The finish is satin. Overall, it's a good foundation, but I should have gotten the lightest shade.
1- Shade 150 ColorStay Full Cover
2- Shade 150 ColorStay for Normal/Dry Skin
3- Shade 110 ColorStay Full Cover (has a pink undertone)
You can clearly see the consistency and difference in color.
Shade 150 of this full coverage product is darker and resembles more the 180 or 220 shade of the ColorStay we are used to with a pump dispenser.
I had to order both shades to mix them, because even when ordering two tubes, it ends up being much cheaper than getting just one for combination and oily skin, which is more suitable and perfect for me.
The foundation is very dense and covers all imperfections, it applies evenly and doesn't slide off throughout the day, I apply it with a damp beauty blender.
I have been trusting Revlon for about 2-3 years already, I don't want to experiment with other brands.
