I bought it here and also on another website. These are completely different products. On the other website, when diluted, the liquid immediately turns into a white gel and gets very hot. When I bought it here, the liquid becomes slightly cloudy and heats up a little when diluted with water. I concluded that the makeup product here is diluted because there is almost no reaction with water.
