Conditioner Balm for Lips Caudalie Cleansing & Toning Lip Conditioner

I really liked it. I am buying it for the second time. There is no feeling of stickiness, only moisture. It does not roll off. It works well under lipstick. Luxurious aroma and no artificial taste. In this price category, it is probably the best.

I really liked this conditioner, just as it is stated in the name. It provides a very thin and non-greasy coverage, making it perfect for applying lipstick or gloss. Of course, for the night or winter, something denser like Carmex is needed. The scent is superb - delicate and very pleasant.

I was very unpleasantly surprised that this product was not packaged considering the price. There was absolutely no film at all. It's still a hygiene product after all.

This balm is very weak, with a slightly intrusive smell and taste. It also leaves a slight bitterness on the lips. The smell and taste strongly remind me of the old, outdated lip balm from Faberlic's winter series. I will not be using it again.

I bought this balm in Spain during the autumn, from a pharmacy. I really love this brand, but this balm is the worst product they have. There is no moisturization at all, it's as if you're just applying sunflower or butter oil on your lips. They are just as dry, but now with an unpleasant greasy film :( There is absolutely no moisturizing effect. I usually use Carmex, which actually softens the hard dry patches on my lips, but with this balm, it's just grease and nothing else. The scent and ingredients, however, are pleasing.

I am disappointed with my favorite brand. I really love Caudalie's moisturizing face creams, so I had high hopes that their lipstick would also impress me. But it didn't. After applying it, there is a sticky layer left on my lips and the lipstick tends to roll off, so I constantly have to reapply it to prevent my lips from drying out. The scent is acceptable to me, but it doesn't feel natural. I have previously purchased more affordable lipsticks of better quality, so I am disappointed.

After using this balm, my lips become sensitive, and if I apply lipstick on top, I feel a tingling sensation. The composition of the balm is too natural for my liking. The strong smell of lemon or lemongrass makes me think that this product is definitely not suitable for people with allergies.
