1. Start with a basic manicure: apply a base coat, two thin layers of gel polish, and a top coat without a sticky layer (Top no wipe).
2. Once the top coat without a sticky layer (Top no wipe) is dry, use an applicator to gently apply a small amount of SemiFlash powder.
3. Remove any excess powder with a soft-bristled brush.
4. Apply a top coat and cure it under a lamp. Then, apply another layer of the top coat without a sticky layer (Top no wipe) and cure it under the lamp.
