Good, of course, cream, but it has an unpleasant smell. I prefer Skincode, as it reduces sweating when wearing disposable gloves (without powder). To be fair, Skincode hand cream is not particularly fragrant either.
This is the best hand cream I have ever tried. It has a medium consistency - not too heavy, not too liquid - and melts into the hands as soon as you rub it in. It doesn't leave a greasy or sticky film, but there is a pleasant sensation on the hands for a while, as if they are wrapped in something. I have extremely dry skin that is prone to cracking, and this cream restored my hands to a normal state in just two days! In short, I highly recommend it.
