Cut off the top of the package and take out the socks. Be careful not to spill the liquid inside the socks. Put the socks on the feet and secure them with the provided stickers. Ladies, please read the instructions carefully! I myself live in Korea and have been using these foot masks. Instead of every month, I use them once every three months or even longer. I put on the socks at night and apply cream between my toes, as the skin there is more delicate, and then I go to sleep. In the morning, I take them off and wait for the results! At first, the skin starts to itch and two days later it begins to peel. Whatever you do, do not force it. On the third day, pour some water into a basin and soak your feet. Then slowly remove whatever comes off easily. If something doesn't come off, just wait and don't try to remove it with any threads or tools. Only soaking your feet will help. Your feet will be as smooth as a baby's!
