Gel Polish Top Coat F.O.X Top Opal

This top coat is absolutely luxurious. I have ordered it again because it gives a brilliant shine and a smooth finish. It is thick, but it doesn't run or smudge. It self-levels, but it is important to apply it in a thin layer and let it dry properly, which can take up to 2 minutes under an LED lamp. I use it as a final coat, not on its own, after a regular sticky top coat. The only exception is for pedicures, where I use it on its own to avoid making the coating too thick.

At first, it took me a while to get used to it. Sometimes it would be cloudy, and other times it would remain sticky. However, as soon as I started applying it after my base top coat, in a thin layer and letting it dry properly, the true beauty of the glitters and shimmers revealed itself.

I didn't like it. It is thick and sometimes becomes matte. I won't order it again. I have to cover it with another top coat.

The top doesn't just shine, it sparkles! My impression of it is somewhat mixed. I have no complaints about the quality, but the presence of glitter doesn't give it an expensive look. It looks tolerable on nude shades, but on dark colors, it cheapens the overall appearance.

It shines beautifully and doesn't leak. However, on the second week, it started changing color, so I don't recommend using it to cover a French or a light manicure. It may cause cracks (I haven't encountered this in a while). Even if in the first case, the issue can be solved with a second layer of regular top coat, it didn't work with the cracks and they still appeared.

These tiny sparkles are very beautiful, but I still cover them with a clear top coat because the surface becomes rough because of them.

I have this top with a UV filter, and it does not turn yellow. It creates an opal effect with a fine golden-orange shimmer, which looks very beautiful.

I was disappointed when I first opened the jar, as I thought it was just a regular top coat. However, once I applied it to my nails, I was pleasantly surprised. The top coat is amazing, it's thick, beautiful, doesn't run, and evens out nicely with just a light layer for a beautiful effect. It looks really nice. In the photo, I only used the f.o.x. camouflage base and this top coat, and the manicure turned out delicate and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
